Samantha Zane is a dancer from Loma Linda, California, who began her training at age four at Redlands Festival Ballet (now the School of International Ballet) under Cecilia Herring. She has expanded her training through summer intensives with Boston Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, Ellison Ballet, Ballet RI, and Texas Ballet Theater.

 

Samantha studied Contemporary Dance at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, completing her first year in 2023 before taking time to recover from an injury and continue training at Westside School of Ballet. She later joined Texas Ballet Theater’s Studio Training Company for the 2024–2025 season.

 

Her performance credits include The Nutcracker and Cinderella with Texas Ballet Theater, Westside Ballet’s 50th Anniversary production of The Nutcracker, The Match Girl and Don Quixote with Redlands Festival Ballet, and Cinderella with State Street Ballet. She has performed roles such as Clara, Spanish Soloist, Mechanical Doll, and a Cinderella double.
